J-Prime Construction Corporation (“J-Prime”, “we”, “us”) is a construction company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Reg. No. 2023040094492-02), with its office at Unit 415 Butterfly Bldg., Lions Park Residences, Brgy. Sun Valley, Parañaque City 1700. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information through www.jprimeconstruction.com, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
2. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, through the Request a Proposal form, the website chat assistant, or email:
- Your name, email address, and mobile or Viber number
- Company name and position, if you provide them
- Project details such as location, type of work, timeline, and budget range
- Files you upload, such as floor plans, a BOQ, photos, or a scope of work
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not include it in your messages or files.
3. How we use your information
- To review your project and prepare a cost proposal
- To contact you about your inquiry or project
- To keep records of inquiries, proposals, and contracts as required by law and for our own accounting
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
Your information is handled by J-Prime staff who need it to respond to your inquiry. We use trusted service providers that process data only on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts this website, and Google Workspace, which runs our email and stores inquiries and uploaded files in Google Drive and Google Sheets. Their servers may be located outside the Philippines. We may disclose information when required by law or by a lawful order of a government authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If a project proceeds, we keep project records for the period required by law and by our contracts. After that, records are securely deleted.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including restricted access to inquiry records and secured email accounts.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected or deleted, to data portability, and to claim damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

- Information only. Content on this website, including descriptions of services and past projects, is for general information. It is not an offer or a quotation.
- Proposals and contracts. A project is agreed only through a written proposal or contract signed by J-Prime and the client. Replies from the chat assistant are not binding.
- Project photos. Photos and drawings on this website show work by J-Prime. Renderings are labeled as such. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.
- Files you send. You confirm that you have the right to share any plans or documents you upload, and that we may use them to prepare your proposal.
- Changes. We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
