J-Prime Construction Corporation began its operations in 2021 as a sole proprietorship established by Mr. Noel D. Jove. Building on its early project experience and growing operations, the business was incorporated on April 11, 2023 as J-Prime Construction Corporation.
Today, J-Prime provides design-and-build, interior fit-out, renovation, and MEPF services for commercial spaces, offices, residential developments, condominium units, and other built environments — from minor improvement works to comprehensive construction and renovation scopes.

Registered with the SEC as J-Prime Construction Corporation in Parañaque City on April 11, 2023, and licensed by PCAB in August.

Commercial interior fit-outs in Makati, land development works in Rizal, and accreditation as a handyman contractor of a major residential developer.

Noel D. Jove founded J-Prime Construction in 2021 and built it into J-Prime Construction Corporation, incorporated in 2023. As Managing Director, he stays involved in every stage of a project, from the first discussion and cost proposal through construction and final turnover.
His priority is the client’s confidence: a clear, itemized proposal before work begins, honest updates while it is underway, and a finished space delivered to the agreed scope, schedule, and budget. Whether it is a design-and-build residence, a restaurant fit-out, or an office renovation, clients work directly with the decision-maker, with no layers in between.
